Sales Force Automation The “Any to Any” Strategic Advantage In
response to the ever-increasing competition for customers in telecom, AXS
designed and developed a sales force automation (SFA) tool that provides
unique benefits for companies with complex product and service offerings
that need increased sales cycle efficiency.
AXS’s charter was
to develop a solution to create and sustain a strategic business
advantage. The new SFA system needed to support complex standalone and
bundled product offerings distributed across multiple channels. It needed
to boost sales efficiency by providing targeted customer information to
shortening sales cycles. Additionally, the SFA system had to effectively
scale up or down to support both large and small companies. Other SFA

AXS designed the solution to meet the requirements
of complex pricing models used in multi-channel product and
service distribution models spanning many vertical markets.
The
application’s flexibility
supports product packaging as diverse as those found in communications, banking
and finance, biomedical engineering, and consumer software.

AXS’s seasoned offshore engineers and talented US-based
management and analytical staff provided a virtual project team that
worked around the clock to exceed the client’s expectations. AXS’s project
managers and software engineers combined their in-depth SFA domain
expertise and deployed a sales force application that supported a
200-member sales force in a Tier 1 communications provider.
The AXS SFA application later was hosted as an ASP version for emerging
network providers in both the US and Europe. AXS’s project management
strength, software development skills, and domain expertise delivered
