Incorporation
AXS Services (Pvt.)Ltd. emerged as a services company in 2001, in response to clients’ requests to support CRM & ERP implementations.

The history of the company dates back to 1998 when it was incorporated in Pakistan as a wholly owned subsidiary of WorldWerx Inc. headquartered in Denver.

Later on the company’s name was changed to Vroom Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd., which was one of the largest software export house in Pakistan, employing over 125 technical and administrative resources with a turnover of over 2.5 million US dollars.   However because of the downfall of the telecom sector in USA and September 11th tragedy the exports plunged and the company started focusing on the local corporate sector.

The company acquired the capability of complying with CMM level 3, which was not certified.   We, in AXS, carried the same level of processes into our current organization.
